Starting off green and turning red when fully ripe, these peppers with thick walls of flesh have an excellent shelf life and can be easily transported without the fear of bruising!! With the fruit growing up to 6” long and weighing around 140 grams they may not be the biggest pepper out there but good for a quick snack!
